About HourScan
HourScan tracks volunteer hours for youth sports clubs and other organizations that ask families to put in time during a season.
Parents scan a QR code at the field, pick their player, and log the time. Admins see who's done their hours and who's short — without chasing paper sign-up sheets or shared spreadsheets.
How it works
- Admin imports the roster and creates events for the season.
- Each event gets a printable QR code.
- Parents scan, pick their player, type a name and hours.
- Admins review entries and pull a short-list at season end.
